Genocide Watch is a tax-exempt non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Wisconsin. It was registered under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code in 1984 as The Cambodian Genocide Project, Inc., which in 1998 became a subsidiary unit of Genocide Watch, Inc. Contributions to Genocide Watch are tax-deductible. Genocide Watch subscribes to the Statement of Values and Code of Ethics for Charitable and Philanthropic Organizations.
